We’re not here to sell you a fantasy! No, we won’t promise you’ll go from 0 to 20K or 50K CHF in 10 days! But we will help you save 6 to 12 months on your journey, avoid common and costly mistakes, and generate your first revenue as quickly as possible.
Program Overview
Our goal is to help you generate your first revenue.
History shows that the best entrepreneurs don’t waste time on the small stuff. If you look at any great company and recall its early days, you’ll see that 90% of its growth came from 10% of the things it tried. But you’ll also notice that most of these companies took years of experimentation to find those key levers. We can help you shorten that process.

Who is the START program for?
There’s no specific type of business required (e.g., Ecommerce, SaaS, subscription, apps, marketplace), and no specific location (everything is based on Zoom, with in-person options for those who prefer).
We offer a unique path for project founders in the startup phase (even if you don’t yet have a product or service).
What You’ll Get?
This is about learning and doing. You and your team (if you have one) will benefit from eight weeks of live support (via Zoom and in-person) and private coaching, working directly with me, Youness Yaghcha, and our team of specialized coaches.
You’ll use tools and methodologies (promise, no business plans—we don’t like the fluff either) that we’ve used to help over 100 businesses generate their first revenue:
- The right entrepreneurial mindset
- Building an MVP
- Finding your business model
- Persevering or Pivoting
- De-risking your venture
What’s the Cost?
It’s a lot cheaper than spending the rest of the year working on the wrong things!
The START program costs 4,900 CHF per project, for up to 3 participants. Payment can be made in 3 installments. The coaching is done in small groups of similar but non-competing businesses, with access to coaches for 6 months and to materials for 1 year.
We offer an unconditional 80% refund up until week 3. We’ve worked with over 100 teams, including many EPFL alumni, and we have a 96% “likely to recommend” rate among founders.
What’s the Application Process?
It takes 5 minutes to apply, and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours. If you’re invited for an interview, we’ll assess whether you’ll benefit from the program and answer your questions. Space is limited, so it’s first-come, first-served.
The next cohort starts on September 16, 2024, and the application deadline is September 1st, but we’re accepting businesses now.
